SODILOG - How it works ?
For the import process SODILOG takes care of your products from your manufacturer location until our warehouse. We custom clear your goods in house and put your products in stock. Then follows the order preparation and the dispatch to your clients. SODILOG can import and export worldwide with a great flexibility and efficiency thanks to its AEO status granted by Customs Administration.
SODILOG takes care of payments to your suppliers as well as all the costs and fees to import your products (freight, insurances, custom duties, VAT …). SODILOG invoices your clients on your behalf and cash their payments in. Every invoice due date is recorded in our IS (Information System) so we can track and take actions on past due invoices (dunning letters at first, declaration to credit insurance if needed). At the end of the season the total sales and the margin are transferred to your books.
SODILOG manages the overall back office of your sales. We are the key point of contact for your clients and we can answer any requests or questions related with re-orders, delivery set up (appointment) and returns management. To summarize, SODILOG is the sole point of contact for your manufacturers/suppliers, sales agents and clients.
