Shopify

Within the scope of the SodilogAPI ApplicationSODILOG acts as a data processor on behalf of the Merchant (the Shopify store owner). The data collected is strictly necessary for the execution of logistics services.

Nature of data collected

To ensure synchronization between Shopify and the Sodilog ERP, the application accesses the following data:

• Customer & Order Data Name, email address, phone numbers, and physical shipping addresses to enable the processing and shipping of parcels.
• Store & Employee Data Name and contact details of the store owner for account management and technical support.

Purposes of Processing

These data are used exclusively for:

• Syncing orders to the Sodilog ERP for fulfillment.
• Real-time inventory updates on the Shopify store.
• ransmission of tracking information to keep the end customer informed.
• Technical diagnostics in the event of synchronization errors (logs).

Retention and Sharing

Order data is retained for the duration necessary to finalize the logistics service and comply with legal billing obligations. Under no circumstances is this data sold to third parties. Access is strictly limited to authorized SODILOG personnel..
