In the context of using the Sodilog API Application, SODILOG acts as a data processor on behalf of the Merchant (the Shopify store owner). The data collected is strictly necessary for the execution of logistics services.
Nature of collected data
To ensure synchronization between Shopify and the Sodilog ERP, the application accesses the following data: • Customer & Order Data: Name, email address, phone numbers and physical delivery addresses to enable package processing and shipping • Store & Employee Data: Name and contact details of the store owner for account management and technical support.
Processing purposes
This data is used exclusively for: • Uploading orders to the Sodilog ERP for preparation • Real-time stock updates on the Shopify store • Transmitting tracking information to inform the end customer • Technical diagnosis in case of synchronization errors (logs)
Conservation and Sharing
Order data is kept for the time necessary to complete the logistics service and comply with legal billing obligations. It is never resold to third parties. Access is strictly limited to authorized SODILOG personnel.
